Donation Contract
I. CONTRACTING PARTIES
1.1. Ilusions Gaming Network Players - Mu Online Game, webpage: http://mu.ilusions.ro especially the person reading this contract, as donor and
1.2. Mister Andrei Claudiu, living in City Rovinari, Str. Minerilor, Bl. L1, Sc. 2, Et. 1, Apartment 13, County/Region Gorj, born at de 01.08.1982 in City Cisnadie, County/Region Sibiu, as grantee,
decided to complete the current Donation Contract, with the folowing clauses:
II. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
2.1.
a) We the donors, donate to Mister Andrei Claudiu irrevocably and without any additional tasks , except the ones from the next page
b) We declare that this money come from personal resources subject to taxation in accordance with Romanian law tax. (Not aplicable for foreign Donors)
2.2. I grantee, declare that I accept with gratitude the donation made by Ilusions Gaming Network Players, and I forced to submit to the additional tasks from the next page.
III. FINAL PROVISIONS
3.1. This contract of donation is based on National Bank of Romania no. 3 / 1997 on performing foreign currency operations.
3.2.
